Corporate Password Change
You can change your corporate password if you know your Corporate ID and current password OR Help Desk has provided you with a temporary password.

Your Corporate ID is the account you use to log in to computers, laptops, and desktops, as well as applications like Cerner, iLearn, LearningEdge and intranet web pages.

Password must meet 3 of the following 4 requirements:

  • One lower case letter
  • One capital letter
  • One number
  • One non-alphanumeric character

Passwords must be at least 10 characters:

  • At at least 10 characters
  • Compliant
  • Passwords must match

Note: When you click "Change Password" you change your corporate password, which is used to:
  • Log on to your PC or desktop session.
  • Sign in to the following systems:
    • Adverse Event Management System (AEMS)
    • Cerner Millennium *
    • ePay
    • HBI
    • iLearn
    • Juniper Remote Access
    • LearningEdge
    • LeNS
    • LHEXT wireless network
    • MOMS
    • most other LHSC and St. Joseph’s web sites and web applications
    • MUSE
    • My Education (ME)
    • Office 365 (Office.com, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
    • Patient Feedback System (PFS)
    • Patient Safety Reporting System - PSRS
    • PeopleSoft
    • TREAT
    • Web Report Gateway (WRG)
    • Workbrain
    • Workplace Occurence Reporting System (WORS)
    • Xcelera

* Cerner Millennium will be linked to corporate password only if the corporate ID matches the Cerner ID.
